PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that allows managed documents to be browsed even when access is concentrated.SOLUTION: A server for managing document includes: storage means that stores offline files to be browsed offline; access reception means that receives access from information processing devices so as to display the documents online; and transmission means that if the access received by the access reception means exceeds a predetermined limited number, performs control so as to transmit the offline file to be browsed offline to users associated with the access by a predetermined transmission method. |
