PURPOSE: To improve chemical resistance, printing resistance, development latitude, suitability to writing with a ball point pen and suitability to the adhesion of a cellophane adhesive tape without deteriorating developability by using a specified polymer as an alkali-soluble resin. CONSTITUTION: In a positive type photosensitive compsn. contg. an o- quinonediazide compd. and an alkali-soluble resin, a polymer contg. at least one structural unit represented by formula I is used as the alkali-soluble resin. In the formula I each of R1 -R3 is H, alkyl or phenyl and X is a group represented by formula II, III, etc. In the formula II, R4 is 1-5C alkylene and each of R5 and R6 is H, alkyl or phenyl. In the formula III, R7 is 1-5C alkylene and each of R8 and R9 is H or an alkyl-contg. aliphatic or arom. group. |
