PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an increase in the precision of a detected pressure value and to shorten time necessary for computing the pressure detected value. SOLUTION: An analog multiplexer 6 causes a reference signal Sa from a reference voltage generating circuit 5, a temperature signal St from a temperature detecting bridge circuit 4, and a detected signal Sd from a pressure detecting bridge circuit 3 to pass in this order. An A/D converter circuit 9 converts each signal to be given through a differential amplifier circuit 8 from the analog multiplexer 6 into a digital data. A correcting arithmetic circuit 14 for calculating a detected pressure value according to the detected signal Sd by arithmetic processing based on this digital data correcting it with the temperature signal St and the reference signal Sa, executes arithmetic processing based on a digital data corresponding to the reference data Sa, arithmetic processing based on a digital data corresponding to the temperature signal St, and arithmetic processing based on a digital data corresponding to the detected signal Sd, in this order. |
