PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation due to difference in the forming shrinkage of a brake member and to enhance rigidity between brake arms by defining, as a sliding face with the upper half, the upper face of the continuous projected part formed on the horizontal plate of the brake member, and by providing a prescribed cavity on the opposite side of the sliding face. SOLUTION: Cavities 46, 46 are provided each in the longitudinal direction on the face on the opposite side from the sliding face of a projected part 38, 38, in the horizontal plate 30 forming a sliding face with the upper half. These cavities 46, 46 are provided in the longitudinal direction over the entire length on which the projected part 38, 38 is formed, and also provided alternately with the projected part 38, 38 and a groove 40. As a result, it is possible to make the thickness of the brake member uniform. In addition, with the horizontal plate 30 shaped such, its rigidity can be increased and, in the case where the brake arm and the lower half are slid on each other, the uniform thickness can suppress deformation occurrence due to difference in forming shrinkage.
