PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack and an electronic apparatus capable of preventing a fall while achieving a size reduction. SOLUTION: If an inlet of a housing chamber 16 faces downward in the direction of gravity, the battery pack 1 may fall due to its self-weight. However, when the battery pack 1 is moved in the direction of removal by a predetermined amount, a first recess 2a of a case 2 becomes engaged with a plate spring 17, so that a removal resistance of the battery pack 1 increases and a fall is stopped at a position where only a half portion of the battery pack 1 is taken out.
