The holder has a retainer unit provided at an end of an electrical equipment, and a clamping unit for releasing or clamping and contacting a connection provided at the electrical equipment in an alternative manner. A safety unit is movably supported between a closing position and a releasing position at a body containing the retainer unit in order to enclose or release another end of the electrical equipment. The safety unit is connected with the clamping unit in order to operate the clamping unit.
