PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum foil that is used for an electrolytic capacitor, and for improving a roughening processing rate to increase capacitance and reducing the size of the capacitor, and prevent seizure of residual rolling oil during annealing in a manufacturing process of the aluminum foil.SOLUTION: The amount of residual rolling oil before annealing an aluminum foil is regulated within a range of 30 to 70 mg/m, and annealing conditions are limited to the annealing in a reducing atmosphere at a temperature of 500 to 600°C for 4 hours or more. Accordingly, seizure can be prevented, and a start point having appropriate sizes of etching pits can be created, and thereby an aluminum foil having a high roughening processing rate can be provided. |
