The present invention relates to an injector instrument for an endoscopic operation, which can comprise: a coagulator for cauterizing a lesioned portion by a cautery electrode connectable to a high frequency generator for supplying high-frequency power; an injector for injecting a liquid medicine into the lesioned portion by a needle connectable to a syringe for supplying the liquid medicine; and a link connector for connecting the coagulator and the injector such that the needle can pass through the cautery electrode and be inserted thereinto and withdrawn therefrom. Accordingly, a treatment process of injecting the liquid medicine into the lesioned portion or cauterizing the lesioned portion so as to remove and coagulate the same while observing the lesioned portion through an endoscope can be carried out without switching instruments, thereby greatly shortening the time required for the endoscopic operation and improving the success rate of the endoscopic operation at the same time, and remarkably reducing the risk of the development of side effects.
