Provided is a data management technology, wherein an OSD receives a strip writing request sent by a client server (11), with the strip writing request carrying a strip to be written, a version number of the strip to be written, an offset amount of the strip to be written and an object ID of the strip to be written, and the OSD writes the strip to be written into a storage location determined by the object ID, the version number of the strip to be written and the offset amount of the strip to be written. The number of object IDs can be reduced. |
