The present invention relates to a pressure sensor with an easy assembly operation. The pressure sensor detecting the pressure of a measurement target fluid comprises: a base member (20) which includes an inlet (21a) for introducing a measurement target fluid; a pressure detection element (31) which detects the pressure of the measurement target fluid introduced from the inlet (21a); a circuit board (30) on which the pressure detection element (31) piled and disposed on the base member (20) is embodied; and a diffusion member (40) which is disposed on the opposite side of the base member (20) with the circuit board (30) interposed therebetween to pinch the circuit board (30) with the base member (20). The diffusion member (40) is provided with a support piece (48) extending to the base member (20). An inner coupling portion coupling a part of one side member to the other member and fixing the base member (20) and the diffusion member (40) is installed between the support piece (48) and the base member (20). In the base member (20), a cover member (70) disposed outside the inner coupling portion and regulating deformation of the support piece (48) is mounted and fixed.
