PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device having a semiconductor laser device difficult to be detached.SOLUTION: A light source device (100) of a present embodiment comprises: semiconductor laser devices (10) each having a stem (20); a holding member (30) for holding each semiconductor laser device (10); and a first adhesive member (40) for adhering the semiconductor laser device (10) to the holding member (30). The stem (20) includes an element mounting part (21) on which a semiconductor laser element (15) is to be mounted; a terminal (22) electrically connected to the semiconductor laser element (15); and a base part (23) for holding the element mounting part (21) on a top face (24) side and exposing the terminal (22) on an undersurface (25) side. The holding member (30) includes a surface which contacts the first adhesive member (40) and to which plating is applied. The first adhesive member (40) includes metal and adheres the undersurface (25) of the base part to the holding member (30). |
