An air manifest consolidation system through management of a manifest management number and a method thereof are provided to supply data that a plurality of users want, thereby providing a ubiquitous trade hub service. An MRN(Manifest Reference Number) managing module(150) produces an MRN about air import/export cargos. A cargo reference number is generated by using the generated MRN, an MSN(Master B/L Sequence Number), and an HSN(House B/L Sequence Number). A manifest consolidation server(110) transmits manifest information of the received import/export cargos to an import/export cargo management system(40) or transmits a received customs response document to a manifest generating person. |
