A method and a system for providing a comedy portal site are provided to check comedy contents viewing history information to supply recommendation information with regard to user preferred contents. A comedy portal site including comedy contents is provided according to a comedy portal site connection request(S102,S104). User preferred contents are extracted according to a taste of a user by checking comedy contents viewing history information of a comedy portal site connecting person(S106,S108). Recommendation information with regard to the extracted user preferred contents is provided(S110). When the user preferred contents are updated, contents update information is provided by a short message. |
