A fish way whereof width and height are controlled automatically is provided to maintain the depth of water flowing on a fish way at a certain level and to promote movement of fishery. A fish way whereof width and height are controlled automatically comprises one or more turning gates which is installed in the weir in order to store the water or discharge it, a driving unit which is installed in the weir and turns the turning gate, a main frame which is installed in the turning gate and whereof the height is varied according to turning of the gate, first and second variable partitions(12,13) which varies the width of fish way, and a fish way width adjusting device(30) which moves the first and second variable partitions. |
