SOLUTION: Communication control is executed for receiving communication data 22a from a tacograph 13 connected through a communication line 12, transmitting them to a terminal 14, receiving the communication data 22a from the terminal 14 connected through the communication line 12 and transmitting them to the tacograph 13, and an interface 20 is provided for generating a line switching instruction corresponding to the contents of communication data 22a while monitoring the contents of communication data 22a transmitted from the tacograph 13 to the terminal 14 or from the terminal 14 to the tacograph 13.</p> |
