PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the image quality of a screen for which a format is converted by outputting video data outputted from a data add-up part including the video data outputted from a data loading part synchronized with the converted clock signals of a clock conversion part. SOLUTION: The video data are tentatively stored in loading 31 and sequentially outputted. In connection devices 33a-33d, 34a and 34b, a part of the video data are selectively shifted by respectively specified ratios and outputted. The video data are selectively added up by the respective adders of the data add-up part 35 and outputted. The clock conversion part 32 converts the clock signals of inputted video data to the clock signals corresponding to the resolution of a display device. A data output part 36 outputs the video data outputted from the data loading part 31 and the video data outputted from the data add-up part 35 to the display device of an LCD 37 or the like synchronized with the converted clock signals of the clock conversion part 32. |
