PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with change of a component even when various cable pulling amounts are required thereby increasing versatility, reduce a device cost, and enhance productivity. SOLUTION: This hand lever device 10 comprises a rotary operated main lever 30, and an interlock lever 40 provided with a driven side gear 45 meshed with a driving side gear provided to the main lever 30. A cable 16 connected to a driven member CV via the interlock lever 40 is pulled by rotating operation of the main lever 30. In this case, a meshing position between the driving side gear 35 and the driven side gear 45 can be changed.
