PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection and repair device of the inside of a furnace equipped with an execution device and a conveyance device for moving the execution device, capable of performing smoothly a remote attachment/detachment work between the execution device and the conveyance device, and performing efficiently, safely and surely inspection and a repair work of a shroud wall. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a cross-shaped plate 7 equipped with a guide 7a, and a gripping part 9 provided under the guide 7a of the cross-shaped plate 7 through a cylindrical pipe 8, capable of gripping/releasing the execution device 12. The execution device 12 is gripped by the gripping part 9 and moved into the furnace in this state, and then installed on an upper lattice plate 3 by the cross-shaped plate 7.
