A relay service offer method for posting a video is provided to directly upload and post the video taken through a mobile terminal on the web by using the mobile terminal and perform video photographing and uploading in real time. A relay server receives a video transmitted from a user terminal(10). The relay server converts the first format of the video reproducible in the user terminal into a second format reproducible in a video reproduction program. The relay server transmits the video of the second format to a web server. The web server posts the video on the web. A user connecting to the web server can reproduce the video on the web.
