PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a female fastener using a shape memory resin capable of holding a sufficient fastening force, capable of surely eliminating fastening function by heating the fastener to a shape recovery temperature or higher, and easily and surely releasable from a male fastener to be fastened. SOLUTION: This female fastener 1 made of a shape memory resin comprises a first configuration 1 having a female screw part 3 formed in the inner surface of a screw hole 2 and a second configuration from which a fastening function developed by heating the fastener to a predetermined temperature or higher is eliminated. In the second configuration 1a, the outer dimension of the female fastener 1 is increased and the length thereof is decreased, a female screw part 3 is eliminated from the inner surface of the screw hole 2, and the inner diameter of the screw hole 2 is larger than the inner diameter between the screw groove of the female screw part 3.
