A liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same are provided. The liquid crystal display panel comprises: a TFT array substrate and a first phase difference film which face each other; a liquid crystal layer interposed between the TFT array substrate and the first phase difference film; and a second phase difference film on the first phase difference film. A thickness direction phase delay value (R_th) of the first phase difference film can be in the range of 100 to 300 nm. Therefore, the liquid crystal display panel improves a lateral viewing angle by optimizing a light route.
