摘要 The present invention relates to an electronic braking apparatus of an automobile. The electronic braking apparatus of an automobile according to the present invention includes: a worm wheel which is connected to a worm shaft of a motor dynamically, so as to apply power for braking to a brake shoe performing braking of the automobile selectively by being attached to or detached from the outer circumference of a brake drum; a rotary shaft which rotates together with the worm wheel, and is connected to the worm wheel while being relatively movable; a movement screw which is combined with the rotary shaft by a screw, and is installed in a housing protecting the worm wheel and the rotary shaft while being movable and not being rotatable, and is connected to the brake shoe dynamically; an elastic member which is arranged in a shape of surrounding the rotary shaft, and has one end coming in contact with one side of the rotary shaft, and has the other end fixed and installed at an inner plane of the housing; and a measurement unit to measure reaction force applied to the elastic member of the rotary shaft generated by reaction as to force moving the movement screw, during a process that the power of the motor is delivered to the brake shoe through the worm wheel, the rotary shaft and the movement screw. The electronic braking apparatus prevents the motor from being overloaded during a braking operation by the motor.
