A light emitting device and an electronic device using the same are provided to enhance the display quality using the thin film transistor in the drive of pixel. A light emitting device comprises a source signal line(5001), a current supply line(5003), and pixels. The pixel has light emitting devices and a thin film driving transistor(5005). The light emitting devices have a light emission region(5007). The driving thin-film transistor corresponds to the light emitting devices. The source signal line, the current supply lines and the driving thin-film transistors are arranged on the insulating film. The electronic device comprises the thin film transistor including the light emitting device and is used for the drive of pixel.
