A motor rotor and a manufacturing method therefor are disclosed. The motor rotor is disposed inside a stator so as to rotate by electromagnetically interacting with the stator, and can comprise: a rotor core formed by stacking a plurality of stack plates including first plate members and second plate members, and including a shaft hole, a plurality of rotor poles, and a plurality of magnet-embedded portions; and a plurality of permanent magnets inserted into the plurality of magnet-embedded portions.
