PURPOSE:To provide an interior material for a vehicle hard to generate the peel of a resin foam and a skin material by the use of an aqueous adhesive. CONSTITUTION:An interior material 1 for a vehicle is mainly constituted of a crosslinkable polyolefinic resin foam 2 and the skin material 3 laminated and bonded thereto by an adhesive layer 4. The adhesive layer 4 is composed of an aqueous adhesive cured by an epoxy curing agent and preliminarily baked to the resin foam 2 and/or the skin material 3.
