An apparatus for the analysis of milk quality is provided to allow the component of milk to be analyzed rapidly, simply and easily on stop. An apparatus for the analysis of milk quality comprises a main body which is connected with a power supply unit at the outside, is provided with an operation button mounted on the outer side, and a cell inlet hole inserted at the upper end; a lamp power source(211) which is mounted inside the main body and is operated if the operation button is turned on; a lamp fixing bracket(212) which is mounted inside the main body, and is provided with a plurality of halogen lamps connected to the lamp power source to generate beam; a sample holding part which is mounted inside the lamp fixing bracket with corresponding to the location of the cell inlet hole and where the sample cell is fixed; a monochromator which comprises a rotation plate(222) installed inside the filter bracket(220) and having a plurality of interference filters and a drive motor(224) connected to the rotation plate; a detector(230) which is mounted to the back of the filter bracket to detect the incident monochromic light; and a processing unit(250) which is connected to the detector to transfer the electrical signal outputted from the detector to the monitor of the main body.
