METHOD OF PREPARING MULTI-LAYER METAL PATTERN AND FLAT PANEL DISPLAY USING THE METAL PATTERN

A method of manufacturing a multi-layer metal pattern and a flat panel display using the metal pattern are provided to manufacture the metal pattern through a relatively simple process and make it possible to select metal that comprises each layer freely at need. Photocatalyst compound is coated on a substrate so as to form a film. This film is selectively exposed to light and thereby a latent pattern of a nucleus for crystal growth is obtained. The latent pattern thereof is sequentially plated with at least two kinds of metal, at least two layers of metal crystal are grown and thereby a multi-layer metal pattern is obtained.
