VESSEL FOR STORING OF KIMCHI

A vessel for storing kimchi is provided, thereby increasing storage period of kimchi by blocking discharge of dioxide carbon(CO2), and effectively maturing kimchi by discharging oxygen(O2) and water(H2O) generated from kimchi. The vessel for storing kimchi comprises a body having an opened side and the area for storing kimchi; a cover(220) which closes the opened side of the body and is made of a permeable material having permeability of wider than oxygen and narrower than carbon dioxide; and a filter portion which prevents passage of carbon dioxide(CO2) and is releasably installed in the cover or the inner side of the body, wherein the filter is selective permeable film of Na2CO3.
