The unit has a dowel shaft (12) extending along a longitudinal axis (13) and comprising two ends, where one end has an enlarged spreading zone. A pressure plate (17) is arranged at the other end of the shaft, where the plate is designed as a multi-start coil (21). A rotation-taking-up device (18) for a positioning tool is provided at the latter end of the shaft. Two wing sections are provided between the spreading zone and the pressure plate, and are arranged diametrically opposite to one another. The coil has a radial extension that is larger than the diameter of the shaft.
