<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the propriety of the performance of replacement processing (application processing) with a substance data file for a place holder registered in the storage scheduled position of a file according to a state. <P>SOLUTION: A creation processing acceptance part 100 accepts the creation place of a place holder in a document DB20 and application conditions for determining the propriety of the performance of application processing. A place holder registration part 112 registers the place holder in the document DB20. An application condition registration part 114 registers application conditions in an application condition DB140 in association with the place holder. When the application processing part 120 accepts an application instruction to specify the place holder to be processed and a substance file, an application condition decision part 132 decides whether or not the application conditions about the place holder to be processed are satisfied by referring to the application condition DB 140.
