A service control apparatus, a system, and a telematics terminal for providing a car accident alarm service in real time, and a method thereof are provided to notify an ambient car of a car accident in real time when a car crash accident is generated on the road, thereby preventing a chain collision or a secondary accident. A car accident notice receiver(460) receives a car accident notice including information about the car accident occurrence from a telematics terminal(100). An MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast and Multicast Service) multicasting message generator(470) processes the information about the car accident occurrence to produce a multimedia multicasting message. A car accident alarm transmitter(480) transmits a car accident alarm consisting of the generated multimedia multicasting message to telematics terminals located in a region within a specific range selected on the basis of the location of the car accident occurrence. A subscriber management system(410) performs subscription related processing including the car accident alarm membership information registration and renewal of the telematics terminal. An outer server interworking unit(430) transmits the information about the car accident occurrence with an outer server needing the handling of a car accident with reference to the membership information of the telematics terminal through the Internet. |
