PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a dragging resistance of a friction plate due to the residence of lube oil that is a rotational resistance while efficiently cooling each friction plate with the lube oil.SOLUTION: A brake control system of a change gear comprises: a rotary side holding member (114) having a cylindrical surface shape inner peripheral surface (114a) about an axis extending in a longitudinal direction for holding a rotary side friction plate (116) on the inner peripheral surface (114a); a fixed side holding member (120) having a cylindrical surface shape outer peripheral surface (120a) about an axis extending in a longitudinal direction for holding a fixed side friction plate (126) on the outer peripheral surface (120a); and lube oil supplying means for supplying the lube oil to the rotary side friction plate (116) and the fixed side friction plate (126). The fixed side holding member (120) is non-rotatably disposed within a transmission case (3), and the rotary side holding member (114) is rotatably disposed at a position on the outside of the fixed side holding member (120) in a radial direction in the transmission case (3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
