A method for making bucket consists in that one first forms billet of the bucket, with following mechanical processing first of side surfaces of small end and box end till coming to required lengths of those, and after that mechanical processing is continued to form split of the box end in plane normal to axis of the bucket. After that one installs cover of the box end and finishes mechanical processing of small end and box end of the bucket. Billet of the bucket is formed first as basic part and side cover plates on it in places corresponding to placement of small end and box end of the bucket, and after that conjugated surfaces of main part of the billet and its side cover plates are prepared to soldering. After that side cover plates are placed symmetrically at both sides of the main part of the billet with connecting those by vacuum soldering. |
