PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor mounting member, capable of preventing the occurrence of short circuits at terminal pin parts of an ultrasonic sensor of an ultrasonic flow meter. SOLUTION: The mounting member 5 used for mounting an ultrasonic sensor 7 to an intermediate channel of a gas meter is provided with: a pressing part 5c pressed into contact with a sealing member 9, fitted over an outer circumference of the other face 7b from which terminal pins 7c and 7c of the ultrasonic sensor 7 protrude for pressing a face and an outer circumferential surface of the seal member 9 into tight contact with a face and an inner circumferential surface of a stepped part 1m of an opening 1k for mounting; an opening 5d inserted through the pressing part 5c for exposing the terminal pins 7c and 7c; a partition piece 5e extended from the pressing part 5c and interposed between the terminal pins 7c and 7c; and a shield piece 5f protruding from an upper-side mounting piece part 5a and positioned above each of the terminal pins 7c and 7c, to cover them with the gas meter 1 in an installed state.
