PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-reflection article having a moth-eye structure formed on a surface thereof, which has low reflectance and is less likely to turn bluish, and to provide a polarizing plate having the same, a cover glass, an image display device, and a manufacturing method for the anti-reflection article.SOLUTION: An anti-reflection article 10 is disclosed comprising a base material 1 and an anti-reflection layer 2 containing a binder resin 4 and inorganic particles 3. The inorganic particles 3 has an average primary diameter of 150-250 nm, inclusive, and a CV value of 4% or less, and 99.9% of the particles are spherical. The anti-reflection layer 2 has a moth-eye structure comprising a concavo-convex pattern formed by the inorganic particles on a surface thereof. Area occupied by the inorganic particles 3 on the surface of the anti-reflection layer is 25-64%, inclusive, of total area. Also disclosed herein are a polarizing plate having such an anti-reflection article, a cover glass, an image display device, and a manufacturing method for the anti-reflection article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
