PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket dispenser, an electronic signature generator, a fee calculation unit and a determination device capable of detecting existence/absence of falsification of passage ticket.SOLUTION: A ticket dispenser 20 includes: a secret key storage section 2031; a hash value calculation section 2033; an electronic signature generation section 2034; and an output section 204. The secret key storage section 2031 stores a secret key. The hash value calculation section 2033 calculates a hash value by using a hash function on a piece of entrance information including a piece of information on an entrance. The electronic signature generation section 2034 generates an electronic signature based on the hash value and the secret key. The output section 204 issues a passage ticket by printing a piece of code information which is the information including encoded generated electronic signature and the entrance information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
