PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacture and a jig for uniformly foam-molding water- foamed polyurethane to a wall panel with an opening by one-time injection while foam molding is carried out to an opening frame without generating deformation at blowing pressure. SOLUTION: In the manufacture of the wall panel with the opening, the panel frame 1 of the outer circumference of the wall panel, an opening frame 2 and the face materials 3, 4 of both surfaces are arranged into a lower jig 11, and the lower jig 11 is covered with an upper jig 12. The opening frame 2 is supported from the inside by an opening-frame supporter 15 at that time. Water-foamed polyurethane is infected into the panel frame 1 housed in the jig in this manner from the filler hole 14 of the lower jig 11. The polyurethane is infected from a place deviated to one side to the center of the panel width of the panel frame 1. |
