PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of warpage in a composite sheet after lamination in a method for producing the composite sheet by laminating a sheet having flexibility and a non-stretchable sheet. SOLUTION: In producing a composite sheet C by passing a sheet A having flexiblity and a non-stretchable sheet B through the nip between a pair of laminating rolls 4, the sheet A is fed in a substantially tension-free state before fed under a tension of 1-10 kg/m and the gap between the laminating rolls 4 is set to 50-95% of the sum of the thicknesses of both sheets A, B.
