<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and economically clean water by forming an underwater cleaning layer of floating char at both upper and lower sides of flowing water place of the river, etc.. SOLUTION: Plural water cleaning bodies 1 in which plural kinds of chars differ in water absorption are housed in a wire net make vessel 1a so as to float and a wire net make cover 1b are fitted freely ascendable and descendable to the vessel 1a, are used, and the water cleaning bodies 1 are provided adjacent to each other and in the state in which the purifying bodies 1 cross the flowing water place of the river, etc., so that the cover 1b side part of the vessel 1a may be projected above water surface WL, and the underwater cleaning layers f1, f2 and f3 are respectively formed at both upper and lower sides in these vessels 1a with every kinds of chars floating in accordance with the rise and fall of the flowing water.</p> |
