PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject film so designed that the ratio of the area of a portion with fine unevennesses to an area with a given width from the rim(s) representing the longer side(s) of this film toward the center thereof stands at a specified value or lower so as to enable the inside situation under the film to be recognized even by not rolling up the rim of the film, be slow in deterioration rate of the film and enable farmers' labor to be mitigated. SOLUTION: This synthetic resin film having an area with the whole surface provided with fine unevennesses and a 2nd area with fine unevennesses partly formed is so designed that the ratio of the area of a portion 12 with fine unevennesses to an area 20 cm in width from at least one rim representing the longer side of the film toward the center thereof stands at <=0.3. Alternatively, it is preferable that this synthetic resin film is so designed that, from at least one rim representing the longer side of the film, an area with no fine unevennesses at all, a 2nd area with fine unevennesses partly formed, and a 3rd area with the whole surface provided with fine unevennesses are formed in succession.
