A web server application framework, a web application processing method using the framework, and a computer readable recording medium capable of implementing the same are provided to integrally manage control environment and control setup information, about plural components configuring the framework, through a universal type file in a central unit and automatically grasp and load an unloaded class according to the environment setup, thereby reducing development time and improving efficiency of an application. An environmental information management unit(33) integrally manages environments and control setup information of each of plural components. When using the class, a class loading unit(32) grasps a location of a file in which the corresponding class is defined based on information which is set in the environmental information management unit. The class loading unit automatically loads the class. A controller(41) controls operations and connection relation of a plurality of components forming the framework based on the information stored in the environmental information management unit. A template management unit(61) processes an objectified template under the control of the controller.
