A disc driving device is provided with a rotor assembly which includes a cylindrical rotor frame, a magnet forming a cylindrical space arranged inside the rotor frame concentrically with the rotor frame, and a shaft whose one end is fixed to a center hole of a shaft holding section formed at the center of rotation of the rotor frame. The disc driving device is also provided with a bearing for supporting the rotor assembly. The center hole of the shaft holding section has a small diameter section at a lower portion in the shaft axis direction, and at an upper portion of the small diameter section, a taper-shaped inclined section formed to expand toward the upper side in the axis direction is provided. A gap section between a shaft holding section and the shaft is filled with an ultraviolet curing adhesive and an adhesive fastening section is formed.
