The permanent sheathing has a base plate and a form liner (5) for bed plate. The form liner is held by the feet, where the panel thickness is 80 millimeters. The feet extend wide on the bed plate side or base plate side. The feet are bonded with the concrete during casting of the concrete for the foundation slab, such that yield tilting of the sheathing under the pressure of the fluid concrete is avoided. The concrete side interspace of the feet is covered with plastic foam panels.
