PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic substrate unit in which a lead-free display symbol, which is large and easy to see, is described.SOLUTION: A connector 12 is mounted on one edge of the upper part of a printed board 11. The upper parts of left and right opposite edges sandwiching this one edge are provided with second display means tables 70A, 80A including an impregnation liquid level display and lead-free display symbols, with respect to an anti-rust coating liquid, and the lower parts are provided with first display means tables 30A including a substrate management document number prescribing soldering material. The lead-free display symbols (PBF) are prevented from being buried in and confused with a large number of circuit information displays in the substrate. Detail management numbers are shown in small characters, thereby saving space. Accordingly, the lead-free display symbols, which are most important, can be displayed in large characters serving for liquid surface management as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
