The present invention provides a crowd funding mediation method using loans. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the crowd funding mediation method using loans includes: a step in which a server receives funding request information from a first client device being a fund consumer to transmit the funding request information to a credit banking server; a step in which the credit banking server generates evaluation information corresponding to collateral information included in the funding request information and generates loan information based on the evaluation information to transmit the loan information to the server; a step in which the server generates funding information based on the loan information; a step in which a second client being an investor checks the funding information to transmit investment request information including desired investment amount and desired interest information to the server; a step in which the predetermined investment request information of a predetermined party that is received from multiple parties is matched to the funding information based on matching conditions; and a step in which the desired interest information from multiple parties included in the predetermined and matched investment request information from multiple parties is used to determine interest information corresponding to the loan information. |
