The present invention relates to an apparatus for informing a disengaged taxi which informs and displays a disengaged taxi in which no passenger rides. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for informing a disengaged taxi comprises: a taxi running caption memory to store taxi running captions including one or more among taxi state characters, a taxi vehicle number, and an area name; a taxi notification light having a plurality of light sources arranged on a front surface thereof to display the taxi running captions; a display setting information memory to store display setting information which is a display form of the taxi running captions displayed on the taxi notification light; a taxi running notification button to receive taxi running information from a driver; and a control unit to select the taxi running captions according to button press information provided by pressing the taxi running notification button to display the taxi running captions according to the display setting information by the taxi notification light. |
