Disclosed is a pillow packaging bag and a pillow type packaged body formed from a continuous cylindrical film. The packaging bag is formed by two lateral seals positioned roughly parallel with each other and a contents filling part held by the two lateral seal parts. Each lateral seal has a plurality of liner portions extending in the lateral direction. Some of these linear portions are first linear portions extending over the full width of the film, others are second linear portions which extend from the center only part of the way to the edge. The second portions are positioned closer to the content-filled region than the first portions.
