An environmentally-friendly turning type movable weir is provided to solve the problem that a twisted water gate is turned over and prevent damage to ecosystem around the water gate by concrete pavement having toxicity. An environmentally-friendly turning type movable weir comprises a water gate(10) blocking the water from the upper stream of the river, rotary shafts(20) fixed to both bottom sides of the water gate, a support bracket(30) which is equipped on both sides of the water gate and supports the rotary shafts, an operating bar(40) whose bottom is fixed to the rotary shaft and top is coupled with a joint formed on a piston rod, a hydraulic operating unit rotating the operating bar using extension/contraction of the piston rod to erect or turn over the water gate, a housing unit(60) containing the support bracket, the operating bar and the hydraulic operating unit, and a bottom unit(70) consisting of water-permeable ecological blocks(B) which are formed on the river bottom beneath the water gate to prevent the river bottom from being dug, thereby supporting accurate operation of the water gate and protecting the ecosystem of the river bottom. |
