The flow of fluids from a low pressure range to a high pressure range can be efficiently controlled by using a pressure sensitive device which can economize fluid, such device being also provided with a check valve. The fluid saving device comprises a connector tube or tubular connection which includes internally an obturator of the tapered needle type, a truncated helical spring, a flow controlling and regulating washer and a check valve positioned onto the obturator.
