<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system having a compact gas-liquid separation mechanism preventing freezing of liquid drops in a gas-liquid mixture and reducing pressure loss. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 1 has a fuel cell generating electric power by the electrochemical reaction of reaction gases; and an exhaust gas passage through which exhaust gas from the fuel cell flows, and equipped with a mesh filter 4 for removing liquid drops contained in exhaust gas installed in the exhaust gas passage; a shielding body 2 installed on the downstream side of the mesh filter 4 and comprising a shielding mesh 6 having the width different from the mesh filter 4 and ion exchange resin 5; and a casing 9 housing the mesh filter 4 and the shielding body 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
